Ice Miller represents municipalities and governments regarding a wide variety of legal issues. We assist our clients with municipal finance (bonds), environmental concerns, special service area needs, construction law, impact fees, IDB (Industrial Development Bonds), eminent domain, TIF (Tax Increment Financing), ADA compliance, general labor and employment law, employee benefits, lobbying, gaming, and tax law on both the state and federal levels.
