Environmental Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA)

Ice Miller’s OSHA group includes attorneys from both the Environmental and the Labor Sections of the Firm. We have represented manufacturing and service industry clients in enforcement actions before OSHA, as well as before a number of State OSHA agencies (including Indiana’s). These enforcement representations include negotiating proposed monetary penalties and required abatement actions and abatement dates. Ice Miller’s OSHA Group also consults with clients in ongoing compliance matters and assists in preparing and helping to implement safety and health compliance audit programs (See Audits for Environmental Compliance).
