Full Biography: Byron L. Myers

His primary practice concentration is on labor and employment law matters, including employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and other employment-related litigation. He is former Chair of Ice Miller's Employment Litigation Group, which is a group of attorneys formed by Ice Miller to concentrate on employment-related litigation.

Mr. Myers frequently lectures at seminars on a wide variety of employment law subjects.

He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Mr. Myers grew up in Brazil, Indiana. He received his bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1968. In 1977 he graduated summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Indiana University, Bloomington, where he earned his juris doctorate. While in law school he was a member of the Indiana Law Journal.

Mr. Myers joined Ice Miller in 1977, after graduating from law school. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and is also admitted to practice in several federal district courts and courts of appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
