Interview Process
For most positions, the human resources coordinator reviews resumés to identify which candidates best match the requirements for the open position.
The most qualified candidates for the position are scheduled for an interview with the human resources coordinator. Candidates complete an application of employment at this initial interview. For some positions, this initial interview may include pre-employment testing. If after the initial interview the Firm is still interested in the candidate a second interview will be scheduled. At the second interview the candidate will usually meet with the director of human resources and others directly involved with supervising the position.
For executive level positions, the director of human resources reviews resumés to identify which candidates best match the requirements for the open position.
The most qualified candidates for the position are scheduled for an interview either by telephone or in person with the director of human resources and the chief operating officer. The candidate will complete an application for employment if he/she is brought into the office for a second interview. Candidates may be scheduled to meet with other members of the Firm for a final or series of final interviews.
For all positions, the decision is reached by considering the needs of the Firm, interview and background of the candidate and input from all members who have participated in the interviewing process.
