Seeking attorney with 3-4 years of business litigation experience. Additional business experience or MBA preferred. The successful candidate will perform a broad range of legal functions in the Competitive Business Practices Litigation Group. Must have the personality to develop and implement networking skills externally and internally. Must be a highly motivated self-starter, with excellent business judgment and have the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will be based in the Indianapolis office.

The attorneys in this group are experienced in matters involving covenants not to compete, trade secrets, breach of contract, sale of goods, supplier/distribution disputes, creditors' rights, real estate disputes, class actions, complex litigation, health care, municipal litigation, and other issues.

Experienced Employee Benefits Attorney/Partner
Seeking a highly motivated attorney/partner with 10+ years of experience in employee benefit matters (ESOP experience desired) who will perform a broad range of legal functions in a dynamic employee benefits practice. Must have business development capabilities and ability to supervise and mentor associates/paralegals. Position intended to fulfill a partner level need.

Senior Health and Welfare Benefits Attorney
Seeking attorney with 10+ years of health and welfare benefits experience. The successful candidate will perform a broad range of legal functions in a dynamic employee benefits practice. Must have the personality to develop and implement networking skills externally and internally. Position offers the opportunity for as much responsibility as the person's experience warrants. Should have thorough working knowledge of all health/welfare related federal laws and guidance.

Must be a highly motivated self-starter, with excellent business judgment and have the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers sophisticated client work. Candidates should have thorough working knowledge of employee benefits law in health and welfare plans.
